Matthew Belmont moved to Arizona from Northern Virginia in 1999 after completing a successful five - year tour of duty in the United State Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, Matthew was an Assistant Team Leader with 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company out of Camp Lejeune. His duties ranged from long - range reconnaissance, primary explosives breach, direct action, hostage rescue and enemy capture missions.

In 2001 he began his career as a loan officer, where he quickly found success due to his drive and desire to serve his client’s needs. Through continued education and the development of a strong supporting team, Matthew consistently ranked in the top 5% of producers within the company. While developing and growing his business, Matthew completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.

Today, Matthew is currently a Senior Loan Officer with Primary Residential Mortgage. He focuses on the residential purchase market, but is extremely proficient in all aspects of lending, including construction, land, multi-family and acquisition and development.

He takes great pride in serving his clients mortgage financing needs, and has developed an experienced and passionate team that delivers a guaranteed loan product with superior customer service.
