Deb was recognized as one of the top 50 Rookie Originators in the country by Mortgage Originator Magazine in 2004, her first year in the business. Each year since, Deb has consistently been recognized as a top producer among her peers and in the local community with recent awards such as Best of Phoenix for the past three years and the Best of Chandler the last two years.

Deb earned her Executive MBA from Arizona State University and her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications/Journalism from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. Deb has also earned her Certified Mortgage Planning (CMPS™) certification, which is training in the area of mortgage planning, cash flow management, and real estate equity management.
